Teacher/
Teacher’s Assistant/Floater
We are looking for Infant, Toddler and Preschool Teachers and Teacher Assistants and Floaters to join our team at our Johnston Early Childhood Learning Academy. We are also looking for qualified lead Infant/Toddler Teachers.
Availability must be: Monday through Friday 6:30am- 5:30pm
Qualifications:
Candidates must:
Be willing to learn and provide a positive learning environment for children ages 6 weeks- 5 Years old
Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
Have strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
Provide a nurturing, loving, & safe environment for children
Must be flexible and enjoy working with children (ages of 6 weeks-5 years old)
Have knowledge of RIELDS or willingness to be trained
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to completed
Preference given to those with Early Childhood college credits.
Must have 12 credits in Early Childhood to qualify as a lead teacher
Be involved in curriculum planning for hands on activities or willingness to learn
Be positive, energetic & able to work with others as a team
Provide references with an updated resume
