Position Description:
Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons.

Supervise children to ensure a safe and healthy environment at all times.

Help maintain classroom cleanliness and organization, including sanitizing toys and surfaces.

Support children during meals, toileting, and nap times as needed.

Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.

Adhere to all licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and center guidelines.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience working with young children preferred.

CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
