Position Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and reliable Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where young children can develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based learning and age-appropriate curriculum. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to ensure consistency and support for our children and team.

Location: Learners to Leaders Academy, Candy Cane Campus
Job Type: Full-Time Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00/5:30 PM 1 Hour of Unpaid Lunch
Reports To: Executive Director
Hourly Rate: $22-$28

Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields, ECE associates or Bachelors
Passionate about working with children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with children, families, and coworkers. Including, but not limited to respectful communication, appropriate conduct, and adherence to policies
CPR/First Aid certification
