Position Description:
A Community Teacher is a floating position who supports classrooms across the school, working with children from infancy through kindergarten. This role ensures continuity of care, maintains high‑quality learning environments, and strengthens the overall school community by stepping into classrooms as needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, nurturing, collaborative, and committed to developmentally appropriate practice.

Qualifications:
• Experience working with children in an early childhood setting (infants through kindergarten).
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms, teaching styles, and age groups.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Early childhood coursework or credentials preferred.
