Position Description:
Come join our team of committed professionals! We are the only ECE Substitute Teacher placement agency in Rhode Island that honors true flexibility in scheduling.
We let you choose the shifts and the locations that work best for you. Our flexible schedule allows you to manage your busy lifestyle outside of work. We are actively expanding the areas we service and currently have partnerships with ECE centers in:
-Woonsocket
-Burrillville
-Providence
-East Greenwich – our main center / training location
-North Kingstown
-Middletown
-Cranston
While this is strictly a part-time position (as little as 16hrs./month or up to 30hrs./week), we may also be able to offer long-term placements in many of our centers, which can lead to a full-time permanent position should that be your goal.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
-18 years or older
-Has a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
-Be able to pass a Comprehensive Background Check with Fingerprints and DCYF/CANTS check
-Have reliable transportation
-Fluent in English
-Comfortable working with the Early Childhood population (infants – 5 years old)
Desired Qualifications:
-1+ to 2 years of experience preferred but not required
-Age Groups Served: Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten
-Comfortability with changing diapers
-HS Diploma, some college ideal but not required
-First Aid Training, CPR, Certified Teacher, Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development Associate (CDA), Early Child Development Coursework, Elementary Education preferred
-We accept all levels of experience and education
