Position Description:
We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports young children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood learning standards
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s development
Support children’s growth in early literacy, math, social skills, and creative expression
Observe and assess student progress and maintain accurate records
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development
Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support program goals

Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children
Strong classroom management and communication skills
CPR/First Aid certification preferred and
Passion for early childhood learning and child development
