Position Description:
Oversee and manage the educational program of the child care facility serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Ensure curriculum aligns with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards.
Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities. Provide guidance, training, and support to teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management.
Monitor child development and learning progress through assessments and observations. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding curriculum, child progress, and developmental milestones. Organize professional development opportunities for staff and maintain a positive, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
