Position Description:
Way to Grow is searching for a full-time, Head Teacher qualified individual to lead our Preschool Teaching team as well as facilitate our school’s curriculum and help us maintain the highest Brightstar standards. Way to Grow 3 is currently a 3-star center. We have a staff committed to quality and willing to do what it takes to provide the best care possible to families in our area. They just need an additional leader to mentor them through this process.

If you are a recent college graduate, we would be happy to mentor you in the field as a leader, combining what you’ve learned with the decades of experience we have to share with you. It’s a winning partnership that we’ve practiced for decades. If you’re a seasoned professional in the field of ECE, come meet our staff and view our program and see if it might be a good match for you.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor Degree in ECE or a related field and at least two years of experience in a professional child care center.
