Position Description:
The Lead Infant Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months. This role leads classroom planning, models best practices for support staff, maintains strong communication with families, and ensures that all licensing and program standards are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:
~High school diploma or equivalent.
~Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants in an early learning setting.
~CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
~Ability to lift and carry infants and classroom materials (up to ~40 lbs).
