Position Description:
Do you have a passion for working with children and enjoy making a big impact? Dreamland Learning Center seeks dedicated staff to join a growing, fun, high-performance team! We are searching for a high-quality lead teacher in a private early childhood setting—excellent working conditions with a great team of teachers.
Responsibilities:
-Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children.
-Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills.
-Self-motivator and problem solver.
-Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents.
-Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
-Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
-Someone wants to advance in their career.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or G.E.D.
-3 years of Experience in a licensed daycare setting.
-Ability to pass National & State Background Checks.
-RIELDS and college credits preferred.

Dreamland Learning Center is seeking enrollments from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Do you want to make extra money by referring a child to any of our locations? You will earn 75 dollars a child.
