Position Description:
Small non profit early learning center located on the Eastside of Providence hiring a full time teacher assistant.

The hours available are 9:00 -5:30 pm Monday-Friday.

Age groups are infants through preschool age.

Applicant must be reliable, energetic, prior experience is required

What You’ll Do:

Assist the classroom teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum

Support children’s learning and development through active engagement and guidance

Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and families

Must be willing to change diapers and potty train

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Starting at $17.00/hr.

Additional Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience with children preferred

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet all medical and safety requirements
